Active Directory & User Management

One login system for the whole office — who can access which folders, printers, and computers, managed from one place instead of separate passwords everywhere.

Active Directory is like the HR roster for your computers. When Juan joins, we create one account; when he leaves, we disable it and he loses access everywhere. Group Policy lets you set rules: lock screens after idle time, map shared drives automatically, block USB if needed.

  • Staff log in with their own username on office PCs

What to expect

Requires Windows Server (Service 04) first or in parallel. Planning call, then implementation over 1–3 days depending on number of PCs. Best done when you can brief staff on new login process.
